Thank you for supporting Rajvi Social Welfare Trust. We deeply value your contributions toward youth development, education, and social welfare. Please read our policy regarding donations and refunds carefully.

1. Donation Terms & Conditions

All donations made to Rajvi Social Welfare Trust through our official platform are voluntary. By initiating a transaction, you confirm that you are using your own funds and providing accurate legal identity details.

Donations are utilized transparently across our active programs. If you wish to support a specific cause (e.g., Skill Development), you may specify it during the contribution process.

2. Refund Policy & Timelines

As a registered non-profit organization, donations are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds are instantly allocated to active community welfare drives.

Exception for Technical Errors: If an excess amount is deducted due to a payment gateway glitch or duplicate transaction, a refund request can be filed within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund for a technical issue, please email us at info@rajvisocialwelfare.org with your transaction reference number, date, amount, and proof of deduction.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank processing times.

3. Tax Exemption & Receipts

An automated payment receipt is sent to your registered email immediately after a successful transaction.

For tax exemption certificates (such as 80G under Indian Income Tax regulations), donors must provide their PAN card details accurately during the registration/payment form flow. 80G certificates are typically issued periodically at the end of the financial quarter or financial year.

4. Secure Payment Processing

We operate via verified third-party payment gateways (PCI-DSS compliant) to process donations safely. Rajvi Social Welfare Trust does not access, collect, or store your sensitive banking credentials, credit card details, or UPI PINs.

5. Event or Campaign Cancellation

In rare instances where a specific fundraiser event or campaign is suspended or cancelled due to regulatory compliance or unforeseen situations, the pool funds will be systematically re-allocated to our primary youth development initiatives.
