1. Donation Policy

Donations made to Rajvi Social Welfare Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support education, healthcare awareness, women empowerment, youth development, environmental awareness and community welfare initiatives.

2. Use of Donations

Contributions received by the Trust may be used for welfare programs, awareness activities, community support, operational requirements, outreach activities and other charitable purposes as decided by the Trust.

3. Refund Eligibility

Since donations are voluntary, refunds are generally not provided. However, refund requests may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect amount, technical error or unauthorized transaction, subject to verification by the Trust.

4. Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of donation. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

5. Required Information for Refund

To request a refund, the donor may be required to provide the donor name, registered mobile number, email address, payment reference number, donation amount, date of transaction and reason for refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or service provider.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is successfully processed, cancellation may not be possible. Donors are advised to verify all details before completing the payment.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

Donations used, allocated or committed towards welfare activities, campaigns, relief programs or administrative requirements may not be eligible for refund.
